I recommend no one click on the following link. It goes to an alleged 'game' which in reality is some kind of ancient chinese torture device. I can't beat it and don't know anyone who's beaten it. I know some people who have gone crazy trying, and still others who have cursed the day I was born for showing them this. It's evil in flash form. It will destroy your mind, leaving you a drooling mess crying in a corner, begging for your mommy to come comfort you. But no, she's not coming, the game has beaten you and you will be haunted by its taunting laughter for the rest of your life. Do not click this link. Pearls Before Swine II, The Fourth Row

| See, 'cus Samurai are cool. -- Posted by Balcony on Wednesday, February 11 2004 | ||||
I found this on a message board for the webcomic Theater Hopper Every year Valentine's Day serves as a romantic day for those in healthy relationships, a strained day to those in less than perfect ones, and a big fuck-you to the single rest of us. I propose a change, a revolution in holidays! Samurai don't care if you're with someone, or single. They don't care about anything but kicking tons of ass. Therefore I have declared February 14th to be Samurai Day. There will be a Kurosawa marathon, there will be drinking and swords (maybe not together) and we shall have a day to call our own! I'm recommending Seven Samurai and Yojimbo.

#35 READY TO HEAD TO THE RAFTERSRangers longtime underappreciated savior Mike Richter, who for years backstopped the Rangers in goal until concussions forced him to retire last year, will become just the third Ranger to have his number retired in the franchises long existence. Mike Richter Night will take place tomorrow in front of a packed house as Richter's #35 is officially raised to the rafters at Madison Square Garden, joining only Ed Giacomin (#1) and Rod Gilbert (#7) to receive the team's highest honor. The highly anticipated ceremony will begin precisely at 7:00 PM ET. All fans in attendance will have the opportunity to purchase a commemorative Mike Richter Night program, featuring photos and stories that celebrate the career of #35. All fans out of attendance (me) will have to fight each other on Ebay for one. Mike Richter, Mark Messier and Brian Leetch were my hockey heroes when I really started to take hockey very seriously (early-mid 90's) and I used to try and play goal thanks to Richter, until I realized I sucked at it.

Actual content coming soon! Today (Saturday) I picked up not one but three DVD sets. And only stole one! The Entire Series of The Critic, Season One Part One of G.I. Joe, and Mick Foley's Greatest Hit & Misses. And now, wether you want me to or not, I'll be reviewing at least two of the three very very soon. Maybe as soon as Monday night/Tuesday morning I'll have the first one up. Consider yourself warned.
